I’m Frank Kameni

I have over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. In depth understanding of the human body and how to get the best from training is something that my client’s benefit from. I have an honours degree in strength & conditioning and level 3 personal training. Having built a reputation based on results, my main priority has always been based around promoting health, nutrition, fitness and exercise as well as helping change the lives and physique of the general public.

I love, live and breathe fitness. I am an inspired individual who thrives when helping others achieve their goals. Moreover, I want to inspire and empower clients to take control of their lives. The incredible results my clients have achieved so far is a reflection of my ability to inspire individuals to achieve their own personal best. I offer my clients the most comprehensive and cutting edge one to one training and group training experience imaginable.

Kameni Fitness Gym

We’re more than just a gym. For our coaches, this is our bread and butter. For our members, it’s their second home. A place which allows them get fitter, stronger physically and most importantly mentally. It’s a place were friendships are formed and everyone speaks the same language in fitness, health and support for one another.

We offer a wide range of packages to suit each individual. Our fully equipped gym has everything you need to start your fitness journey, we have aimed to create a space where everyone feels welcome and comfortable.

Kameni Fitness includes a wide variety of classes to your gym experience, from Core Training to Bootcamp classes, Boxing to Strength classes. We have something to suit everyones needs and preferences, and what’s more, you don’t even need to be a member to take the classes!


Personal Training

We offer 1-2-1 and group personal training sessions. The training will be tailored to each individual and I will look to enhance your knowledge about nutrition and how to lead a balanced healthy lifestyle. While building fitness and strength I will challenge you both physically and mentally. My training plans can focus on fat loss, muscle building or both.



Devise a structured training and nutrition plan tailored around achieving your goals.
