A 10-week transformation challenge based around improving health, fitness and strength levels, changing physical appearance, boosting confidence levels and enabling you to re-connect with your fitness. How far are you willing to push yourself?

  • £200pp – £100 deposit through the site, £100 on induction at the gym
  • 4 fitness classes each week, with a choice of 16 classes
  • Recipe Book – breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks
  • Body analysis test (muscle mass, body fat) and body measurements conducted every 4-weeks to track progress
  • Online group support
  • Unlimited access to Kameni Fitness gym 

At the end of the 10-weeks those who have been the most committed to the challenge through their attitude, commitment to the programme and diet will win their share of £200!

I started this 10-week challenge as I wasn't happy within myself and was eating junk food all the time. Throughout my journey I have really enjoyed it all and I have never stuck to anything like this before. Having the support of a big group and all of the available classes at the gym has been amazing. Having the meal plan and being able to prep meals has also helped me loads. None of us could have done this without Frank's help and I can't wait to start the next challenge already!

For me, the challenge was to lose some baby weight I was still carrying. I am so glad I joined the challenge and I've never looked back! I feel so much stronger physically and mentally and my diet is far healthier. Frank and the other coaches at Kameni Fitness are all amazing, extremely supportive and make you feel welcome as soon as you step foot in the gym. I have loved every minute of the 10-weeks and fell a lot more confident in myself and stepping inside a gym. The group have been fantastic and Frank has been the best mentor!
