Our 10-week transformation challenge is an educative program designed to allow our participants to improve their health and lifestyle, create positive habits and reconnect with their fitness and strength levels. It allows our participants to have a clear focus, improve their mental state and interact with a support group of like minded individuals.
The end goal is an individual with a positive mindset, oozing in confidence, feeling good about themselves and most importantly sees fitness and nutrition as part of their lifestyle and not a CHORE.
At the end of the 10-weeks the person who has shown the most dedication to the challenge through their attitude, commitment to the programme and diet will win £1000 each!
