The Gym will reopen on April 26th!

We will be following government guidelines and have our own covid safety measures in place. There will be sanitisation stations outside the gym and a face mask must be worn at all times around the gym unless on an equipment.

The gym will be limited to 18 members at a time and people must book a time slot prior to attending.

We offer a wide range of packages to suit each individual. Our fully equipped gym has everything you need to start your fitness journey, we have aimed to create a space where everyone feels welcome and comfortable.

Kameni Fitness includes a wide variety of classes to your gym experience, from Core Training to Bootcamp classes, Boxing to Strength classes. We have something to suit everyones needs and preferences, and what’s more, you don’t even need to be a member to take the classes!

Opening Times + Memberships

Gym Membership - £45 every 4 weeks

Come in and train on your own as often as you please! All fitness classes are included in this membership.

Indoor + Outdoor Classes

Functional Bootcamp

A bootcamp providing low and high intensity workout. The aim during this class is to keep the heart rate elevated whilst pushing yourself to the limit. The class will consist of bodyweight exercises as well as progressed exercises using barbells, kettlebells. medicine balls, battle ropes, dumbbells, resistance bands & more.

HIIT Harder

A high energised class focusing on enhancing cardiovascular health, improve total body strength levels, improving body composition however, most importantly, reducing stress levels. equipments used are gloves and pads.

Kettlebells

A metabolic conditioning class based around increasing your heart rate and burn a substantial amount of calories. Consisting of both basic to advanced body weight movements however with an integration of kettlebell work. We keep it simple so you can train harder!!!

Circuits

An intense full body conditioning class structured around improving fitness levels, overall strength, mental toughness as well as flexibility. Set up in a circuit format focusing on both weighted and body weight exercises.

HIIT 20:10

An intense full body conditioning class structured around improving fitness levels, overall strength, mental toughness as well as flexibility. Set up in a circuit format focusing on both weighted and body weight exercises, you will spend 20-seconds working at each station intercepted by a 10-second recovery period prior to moving on.

Ultimate Fat Burn

Ultimate Fat Burn pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. Ultimate Fat Burn’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.

Ultimate Muscle toning

Ultimate Muscle Toning brings you a variety of both weighted and body weight exercises with an emphasis on improving muscle definition, strength and flexibility levels. A workout class that will push you to new heights. Developing more lean muscles leads to a higher rate of fat burn.

Kids & Parent Bootcamp (10-12 years)

Our kids fun fit class is exactly as it says, it’s for the kids to stay active whilst having fun. We want to teach your kids the value and importance of exercising and leading a healthy lifestyle. Our experienced instructors love kids and have a passion for fitness, and each class is built with kids learning styles and interests in mind. What better way to do it than integrating themselves with other like minded kids!
