Maximum 5-individuals (£15 per person) & Minimum 3 (£20 per person)

  • Sessions will be based on weight training or High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • Group sessions will take place outside or via Zoom, weather permitting
  • Training depending on the goals of the group
  • Nutrition Plan and Training Program structured around the group’s goals
  • Body analysis test (muscle mass, body fat) and body measurement conducted every 4-weeks to track progress
  • Sessions are 45 minutes
